cherry tomatoes

English cucumbers, peeled & cut into ¾-in. medallions
1⁄2
loaf crusty bread, cut into 1-in. chunks
1⁄4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 
salt, to taste
 
ground black pepper, to taste
 
balsamic glaze, for serving

Instructions

1. Thread 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumber medallions, and 2 bread chunks onto each Skewer, alternating the ingredients until all ten Skewers are full.

2. Generously brush each Skewer with the olive oil and season them with the salt and black pepper.

3. Assemble the Adjustable Skewer Racks with the Rotisserie Shaft and secure the Shaft with the Rotisserie Forks and Set Screws. Lock each Skewer into the Adjustable Skewer Racks. Set the Racks into the Power AirFryer Oven’s Rotisserie Shaft sockets.

4. Press the Power Button and then the Rotisserie Button (400° F). Set the cooking time to 6 min.

5. When the cooking time is complete, drizzle the Skewers with the balsamic glaze and serve warm.
