Ingredients

bone-in turkey breast

Instructions

1. Place the Inner Pot in the Pressure Air Fryer.

2. Press the Sauté Button and then the Program Dial to select the Beef setting. Press the Program Dial again to confirm the default setting and begin the cooking cycle (340° F/170° C for 20 mins.).

3. Add the butter to the inner pot. When the butter has melted, add the onions, celery, golden raisins, and dried apple and figs and sauté for about 5 mins.

4. Add the tarragon, thyme, and cornbread and cook for 2 minutes. 

5. Add the broth and cranberries and stir to finish the stuffing. Press the Cancel Button.

6. Remove the bone from the turkey and lightly pound until the turkey reaches an even thickness.

7. Spread the stuffing from one side to the other in the center of the turkey.

8. Roll the turkey up and tie butcher’s twine around the turkey in three places.

9. Clean out the Inner Pot. Place a wire rack inside the Inner Pot.

10. Place the Pressure Lid on the Pressure Air Fryer and turn the Lid counterclockwise. The Lid will lock and the Pressure Release Valve will close

11. Press the Pressure Button, scroll to the Poultry setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button, scroll to set the cooking time to 15 mins., and press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle.

12. When the cooking process is complete, the Pressure Air Fryer will automatically switch to Keep Warm. Press the Cancel Button. Let the Pressure Air Fryer sit to naturally release pressure. Then, slide the Steam Release Switch to the Open position. When the steam is released, remove the Lid.

13. Place the Air Frying Lid on the Pressure Air Fryer. Ensure that the Air Frying Lid’s sensor is connected with the sensor on the Pressure Air Fryer.

14. Press the Air Fry Button, scroll to the Poultry setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button and scroll to set the cooking time to 15 mins. Press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle (360° F/180° C).
