Ingredients

ground beef
3 ounces
Cream Cheese, softened
33⁄100 cups
crumbled blue cheese

strips thick-cut bacon, cooked & diced
1 tablespoon
butter, softened

brioche hamburger rolls
1⁄4 cup
margarine

Instructions

1. Place the Grill Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the grill to 350 degrees F.

2. Combine the salt, black pepper, and ground beef in a bowl.

3. Divide the ground beef into four balls.

4. Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, bacon, and butter in a separate bowl and mix. 

5. Stuff each ground beef ball with some of the blue cheese mix, and seal the balls, and press to form patties.

6. Cook the patties on the grill until the desired doneness is reached. Once done, remove and reserve the patties.

7. Butter the rolls with the margarine and grill the rolls (butter side down) until golden brown.

8. Place the patties in the rolls.
