Ingredients

butternut squash, peeled & cubed

apples, peeled, cored & cubed

red onion, peeled & diced
3 tablespoons
olive oil
1 tablespoon
thyme
1⁄2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
ground black pepper
2 tablespoons
butter, melted
1⁄2 cup
chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425° F/218°C.

2. Combine the butternut squash, apples, onion, and olive oil in a bowl and toss.

3. Add the thyme, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss.

4. Pour the butternut squash mix into the Wonder Cooker’s Casserole Pan.

5. Place the Casserole Pan in the oven and bake at 425° F/218°C for 40 mins.

6. Transfer the butternut squash mixture to a food processor, add the melted butter, and puree. 

7. Serve topped with the chopped pecans.
