graham crackers, crushed (crust)
1⁄3 cup
toasted pecans, chopped (crust)
2 tablespoons
butter (crust)
1⁄2 cup
Brown Sugar (filling)
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt (filling)
egg, beaten (filling)
1 1⁄2 cup
pumpkin (filling)
1⁄2 cup
evaporated milk (filling )


  1. Grease a 7 in. spring form pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the crust in ingredients. Pack the crust into the bottom of the spring form pan in an even layer.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the filling ingredients. 
  4. Pour into the crust and cover over with tin foil. 
  5. Pour 1 cup of water into the Inner Pot, followed by a steam rack.
  6. Place the sringform pan onto the steam rack, secure the Lid, and set to Bake, Medium, 35 mins. 
  7. Natural Release, remove the Lid, and serve.
