pork shoulder, cut into ½-in. cubes

chopped yellow onions
Yellow pepper, diced
Green pepper, diced

cloves garlic, minced

Chili powder
1 tablespoon
Ground cumin
1 tablespoon
dried coriander

28-oz tomato puree
3 cups
beef stock
1⁄4 cup
1 can
15-oz red kidney beans
1 can
15-oz black beans
1 can
15-oz white kidney beans
3 ounces
semisweet chocolate, chopped coarsely



  1. Place the Wonder Cooker’s Roaster Pan on the stove top. Heat the olive oil in the Wonder Cooker over medium-high Heat. Add the chuck roast and pork shoulder and cook until the meat is browned on all sides. Remove and reserve the meat.
  2. Add the onions and peppers to the Roaster Pan and sauté for 5 mins.
  3. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, and coriander, sit, and cook for 30 secs.
  4. Add the tomato puree, stock, sugar, and beans, lower the heat, and simmer for 1 ½ hrs.
  5. Stir in the chocolate before serving.
