ground beef 6
Eggs 1 cup
bread crumbs 1
onion, diced 3 cloves
garlic, minced 1⁄2 cup
parmesan cheese 1⁄3 cup
milk 3 tablespoons
olive oil 1⁄4 cup
parsleyInstructions
- Place the inner pot in the Power Multi-Cooker.
- Mix all ingredients minus parmesan cheese together.
- Form mixture into medium to large sized balls (between a golf ball and a tennis ball).
- Press the Function Button until you reach the Sauté Setting.
- Press the Start Button.
- Add olive oil to the inner pot and sear the meatballs.
- *Note: Sear a few at a time to ensure all sides are seared.
- Once all meatballs have been seared, place them all back into the inner pot.
- Add sauce to the inner pot covering the meatballs.
- Close and secure the lid on the Power Multi-Cooker.
- Press the Keep Warm/Cancel Button then Function Button until you reach the Bake Setting.
- Press the Start Button.
- Once the timer reaches 0, the Power Multi-Cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm.
- Serve over your favorite pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
