low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons
fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon
dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon
red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon
minced garlic
1 tablespoon
minced ginger
white parts of 1 buncvh scallions (minced)
2 teaspoons
hot sesame oil
1 pound
sirloin steak (cut into thin strips 2 in. long and 1in wide.)
2 tablespoons
toasted sesame seeds
steamed white rice (for serving)
kimchi (for serving)
Romaine lettuce hearts or butter lettuce (for serving)


1. Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, white parts of the scallions, and sesame oil in a medium size bowl and stir together. Then, add the steak and toss to coat.

2. Marinate the steak in the bowl for at least 4 hrs. (up to overnight) in the refrigerator.

3. Once the steak is done marinating, transfer the steak to the Crisper Tray and Baking Pan. Slide the Pizza Rack into Shelf Position 1. Place the Baking Pan on top of the Pizza Rack. Slide the Crisper Tray into Shelf Position 2. Select the Airfry setting (400° F/205° C). Set the cooking time to 10 mins. Press the Start Button to begin the cooking cycle.

4. Serve the steak, rice, kimchi, and miso paste wrapped in the lettuce or with your favorite Korean side dishes if desired.
