4 cloves
Garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon
minced rosemary leaves
2 teaspoons
Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
loin lamb chops, 1 ½ in. thick


1. Combine the garlic, rosemary, vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl to make a marinade.

2. Place the lamb chops in a shallow, nonreactive dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb chops and turn to coat. 

3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 20 mins. (up to 2 hrs.). 

4. Place the Grill Plate on the Power Smokeless Grill and preheat the grill to 390 degrees F.

5. Grill the lamp chops on the Grill Plate until the desired doneness is reached (about 4 mins. per side for medium rare).
