Ingredients
2 pounds
turkey thighs (or drumsticks) 8 ounces
tomato sauce (1 can) 4 ounces
chopped green chiles (1 can) 1⁄3 cup
chopped onion 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Chili powder 2 cloves
Garlic (minced) 3⁄4 teaspoons
Ground cumin 8
6 in. flour tortillas (warmed)Instructions
1. Remove skin from turkey; add to inner pot. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, chiles, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic and cumin; pour over turkey. Cover with glass lid. Press slow cook function; select poultry setting. Set to medium cook time (6 hours). Start. Cook until turkey is tender.
2. Remove turkey; shred meat with a fork and return to inner pot. Heat through.
3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of turkey mixture down the center of each tortilla. Add toppings of your choice. Fold bottom of tortilla over filling and roll up.
