Corn Flake "Fried" Chicken
Copper Chef Copper Crisper Basket
2 poundschicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, wings (trimmed))
4 cupscorn flakes (slightly crushed)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the chicken and buttermilk in a large bowl and toss. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Coat the chicken, one piece at a time, in the crumbled cornflakes.
- Place the breaded meat onto the Copper Chef Copper Crisper and bake for 45 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
