Corn Flake "Fried" Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the chicken and buttermilk in a large bowl and toss. Marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
3. Coat the chicken, one piece at a time, in the crumbled cornflakes.
4. Place the breaded meat onto a Copper Crisper Basket and bake for 45 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
