Ingredients

(4 oz. each) chopped green chiles

Lime juice

sweet chili sauce

2 pounds
boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-in. pieces
3 cups
cooked basmati rice
 
minced fresh cilantro

Instructions

1. Place the first 9 ingredients into inner pot; stir in chicken. Cover with glass lid. Press slow cook function; select poultry setting. Set to medium cook time (6 hours). Start. Cook until chicken is tender.

2. Skim fat; stir in cooked rice. Cook, covered, 15-30 minutes longer or until heated through. Sprinkle servings with cilantro.
