Ingredients

strips thick smoked bacon
1 pound
Pizza Dough

Tomatoes (on the vine, sliced)
2 cloves
Garlic (sliced)
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
pepper
1⁄4 cup
pecorino (grated)
1
avocado (halved, pit removed and sliced)
1 cup
arugula
 
balsamic glaze (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Set up a Perfect Pizza Pan with the Springform and Copper Crisper Attachments.
  3. Place the bacon onto the Crisping Tray and bake until crispy, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Crumble the cooked bacon.
  5. Allow the pan to cool.
  6. Drain the bacon fat and remove the Crisping Tray.
  7. Spread the dough into the Copper Pizza Pan.
  8. Scatter the tomato and garlic over the dough, leaving a 1” crust.
  9. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and pecorino over the dough.
  10. Bake until the tomatoes have wilted and the dough is golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
  11. Place the avocado over the pizza.
  12. Sprinkle the arugula over the pizza.
  13. Garnish with balsamic glaze.
