Ingredients

5-oz beef tenderloins
1 tablespoon
salt, plus more to taste, divided
1 tablespoon
ground black pepper, plus more to taste, divided
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1 tablespoon
unsalted butter
1⁄4 cup
chopped shallots
1 tablespoon
minced garlic
1⁄2 cup
dried red wine
1 tablespoon
beef bouillon base
3 tablespoons
Heavy Cream

Instructions

1. Rub the tenderloins with the salt and black pepper and rub them with  the olive oil.

2. Place the Inner Pot in the Pressure AirFryer. Place the tall wire rack in the Inner Pot. Place the tenderloins on the wire rack. Place the Air Frying Lid  on the Pressure AirFryer. Ensure that the Air Frying Lid’s wire harness is connected with the wire harness on the Pressure AirFryer. Press the Air Fry Button, scroll to the Beef setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button and scroll to set the cooking time to 14 mins. Press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle (375° F/190° C). Halfway through the cooking time, flip the tenderloins. Cook until the desired doneness is reached.

3. When the cooking process is complete, press the Cancel Button. Remove  and reserve the tenderloins.

4. Press the Sauté Button and then the Program Dial to select the Beef setting. Press the Program Dial again to confirm the default setting and begin the cooking cycle (340° F/170° C for 20 mins.). Add the butter and cook until  the butter is melted. Add the shallots and garlic and sauté for 1–2 mins. Add the red wine, bring to a boil, stir in the beef bouillon, and simmer for 3–4 mins. Add the cream and cook for about 1 min. to finish the red wine sauce. Adjust the sauce with and black pepper to taste.

5. Slice the tenderloins and serve with the red wine sauce.
