1. Let pickles stand on a paper towel until liquid is almost absorbed, about 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs, pickle juice, cayenne and garlic powder. Combine panko and cilantro in a third shallow bowl. Dip pickles in flour mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere. Spritz pickles with olive oil spray.
3. Place tall wire rack into inner pot. Arrange pickles in a single layer on rack. Close air frying lid. Press air fry function; select custom setting. Press timer; set to 7 minutes. Start.
4. Turn pickles over and spritz with olive oil spray. Air-fry an additional 7-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining pickles. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with ranch dressing.
