Ingredients

 
4 5-oz salmon fillets
1 1⁄2 tablespoon
Creole seasoning
1⁄2 bunch
asparagus
1 pint
cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
1⁄2 teaspoon
ground black pepper

Instructions

1. Season the salmon with the Creole seasoning.

2. Combine the asparagus, tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl and toss.

3. Place the Inner Pot in the Pressure AirFryer. Place the asparagus on the short wire rack. Place the salmon on the tall wire rack. Stack the tall rack on top  of the short rack and lower the racks into the Inner Pot.

4. Place the Air Frying Lid on the Pressure AirFryer. Ensure that the Air Frying Lid’s wire harness is connected with the wire harness on the Pressure AirFryer. Press the Air Fry Button, scroll to the Fish setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button and scroll to set the cooking time to 12 mins. Press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle (350° F/175° C). Cook until the salmon and asparagus are done.

5. When the cooking process is complete, press the Cancel Button. Transfer  the salmon and asparagus to a plate. Place the tomatoes on the tall rack.

6. Place the Air Frying Lid on the Pressure AirFryer. Ensure that the Air Frying Lid’s wire harness is connected with the wire harness on the Pressure AirFryer. Press the Air Fry Button, scroll to the Vegetables setting, and press the Program Dial. Press the Timer Button and scroll to set the cooking time  to 5 mins. Press the Program Dial to begin the cooking cycle (400° F/205° C).

7. When the cooking process is complete, press the Cancel Button. Transfer  the tomatoes to the plate and serve.
